The title on the right upper part is "Fuuka's 'I've decided to cook!' guide", or something like that. It's a chart listing each of the girls' skills in cooking (I think it calls it their "cooking level"?), their "specialties" and what makes them completely suck at them. I can't offer a decent translation, though, sorry.

I'm surprised to see Naoto there, then. She, of all of them, seems like she could probably actually cook. Or at least follow a recipe well enough to make it edible.

Fuuka, Yukiko, and Chie combined, however, could start a war with their "skills."

In Naoto's box, it reads: "Cooking Level: Undetermined" and "Specialty: None". There's mention of it being a typing game too, since the lower statements say "typing error causes [Insert Penalty Here]"

When you invite her to lunch, she says she's an outsider to the world of cooking or something along those lines, so it's pretty much canon that she sucks at cooking.
