Wait, really? Because Fou looks a lot like an Eevee and he communicates by repeating his own name over and over again like Pokémon do. What surprises me is that there isn’t more art involving the two.

It's move set probably consists of:
Rest, Tail whip, Revive Mash and Kick Merlin.
