Wait, so the implication of those prequels are...Korone ate Okayu, hence the belly (and clothes).

Well, Korone did drink that liquid that I don't know where it came from, but probably from Okayu's body.

she is, because in her case, she fears for her life. also that face on last panel just says "That was really a mayonnaise, right?"

Also the reason I added that specific tag is because one of greenteaneko past 4-koma about PekoMiko.
