The other two posts from this "artist" are actually official art from the mobile game 盾の勇者の成り上がり RERISE. That got me wondering where this image came from, which pulled me into a rabbit hole that revealed to me that there are three Shield Hero gacha games:
1. 盾の勇者の成り上がり RERISE – Japan-only (Released 2021, shut down in 2023) 2. 盾之勇者成名錄 RISE – China-only, also released in 2021 3. 盾之勇者成名錄 浪潮 – Also China-only, released in 2022
Ironically RISE seem to have much better production value despite the title suggesting otherwise. It has full voice acting, WAY better artwork, and you even have the anime voice actors the likes of Uchida Maaya and Ishikawa Kaito speaking a little bit of Chinese for the game's promotional videos on the official youtube channel.
Malty is wearing the same bikini as her summer event skin from 2021 in 盾之勇者成名錄 RISE. You can see it here and here, which suggests that this image is either official art or fanart for RISE. Unfortunately, I can’t find the original. Searching for "盾之勇者成名錄 RISE" and "麥茵" yields nothing beyond the links above, and reverse image search just circles back here. It’s probably lost media at this point. At least you have Filo's sexy naked loli body with cute double buns bathing in the onsen.
Actually, the assets for 盾之勇者成名录：浪潮 are still accessible. I found three images of this costume that should be suitable to upload. I'll upload them and the images for the other characters when I have time.
The onsen images are also included, but many of them have been censored with towels (and in this character's case, a swimsuit). I couldn't find the raw uncensored images anywhere else, so unfortunately, those images likely really are lost media. But you can see screenshots of most of them here and here.

I opted to upload the highest-quality onsen screenshots I could find in pool #26466 since I was unable to find any uncensored assets. As for the assets I do have, I might start uploading them this weekend. However, I’ll be uploading them in a certain order, so it may take a while before I get to Malty’s bikini pics.
I only took a peek, but it looks like the mixed folder has some pre-release assets, including uncensored onsen art!
That looks extremely promising. I’ll see how they compare with mine and come up with a plan for uploading them. Of course, others are free to help if they wish.
The Konosuba crossover folder also has some good art, but we have everything from it already so it can be skipped.
