So the artist here on Danbooru has two tags, one is for his Pixiv "nagi-1945" and second one is for his Twitter "nagi_2020", should I just use both tags or use adequate tag to the source of the post?

Personally i would say both, but since the other posts don't have both tags i think it would be better to put only one

No. They should have been merged into one. But the problem is how to read 叢島なぎ since both names are wrong.
