    Bloody Corridor

    When Kayo warned her friends about the flooded hospital in the valley and told them never to go near it, Hana didn't think too much about it when she decided to take a dive and explore it anyway, drawn by the mystery surrounding it. The dark corridors of the flooded lower levels were atypical of abandoned ruins she had dove into, with trash and debris strewn all over left by its occupants years ago. Though alone, she never felt any sense of danger or whatnot, that is until she turned around a corner of a ward room and her flashlight shone on an inky black silhouette standing further in the room with writhing black tendrils extending out of it as if slowly reaching out towards her. Hana froze in midstroke, a chill went down her spine as she fought the urge to gasp, while she wondered if she was seeing the truth of Kayo's story of the curse that's rooted in the abandoned hospital...

    Girl is crazy to be diving inside a building that could collapse at the slightest touch with nothing but goggles and a flashlight. How far can she even get inside on one lungful, anyway? Nevermind a curse, tell her she'll get her foot caught in some of those random dangling tubes and drown her fool self.

    It's hard to find anything through Googling, but apparently, dried bloodstains will remain the same even underwater for a fair degree of time. They'd probably look more brownish once congealed, though.

    It's hard to find anything through Googling, but apparently, dried bloodstains will remain the same even underwater for a fair degree of time. They'd probably look more brownish once congealed, though.

    If anything, the amount of red light passing through that water to be able to see the color red is stranger than the bloodstains not being washed off or eaten by other organisms given the blue tint of the water.
