This should be a flashback, based on the observation that current senpai wears the o-ring earrings and the past senpai wears the arrow-like earrings, which she is wearing right now.

I just hope Douki-chan had enough sense to put her drink on the table (or finished it), cause it's not gonna get lucky a third time.
