I think it's more talk about her conduct during the match; since Eirin in her 'duty' went far beyond Kaguya's plans, for one assailing Keine so viciously when it was only Mokou that was supposed to recieve it. I do believe the fact Keine endured such attacks is among the things that earned Kaguya's respect for Keine.
