    I believe the repeated line is ＳＡＮ値! ピンチ! ("SAN-chi! Pin-chi!"), meaning "SAN points! Crisis!" or possibly "SAN point! Taken!" Both refer to sanity points in Lovecraftian tabletop and video games, and which are the source of recurring jokes in the Haiyore! Nyaruko-san series. That said, while I remember U! NYA! U! NYA! being a meme at the time I don't recall this music, maybe it's from a season two I didn't see.
