I think it was a scene that she appears in all fours but not with her butt exposed. Perhaps it was more a collective thought between artists, an artist drawing her with her ass exposed only in her panties, then another artist liked the idea because she really looks good that way and decided to draw her like that too, then another and another and another, then also cosplayers started doing sexy cosplays in the same way. so it basically became a common concept in her fanarts
