I'm not sure if Madoka is just wailing from the spiciness in the last frame, or if she is saying something stretched out. It sounds kind of like "curry" but all the other instances of "curry" were in katakana, and here she is using hiragana.

P.S.: I probably would have scooped out the pile of hot curry powder before it got mixed in so that each of them could season to their liking.

She's slurring "karai", "spicy/hot". (Also "salty" in some cases.)

Many thanks! I'll go with "hot" since she would probably be using the simplest words when screaming. :-D
