    Sadly, not that easy. The sperm cells have Pecorine's hair, so it's her sperm (because GTN), which were then blown into Yuuki. How exactly the virus went from lungs to balls is beyond me, though...

    I would assume it infected her lungs and somehow took a turn into her ballsack.

    It didn't. It's in his lungs. You can imagine how it got there for yourselves.
