The context is a YouTube user by the name of Cobet Margatroid posted a funni touhou meme video with this orin pic as the thumbnail (he cropped out the funni part so people can go looking for the sauce, which is in his desc) In the desc, he gave the sauce but the number for the link was turned into a math equation so people have to use their mind for once to get the number and put it in the link and get here. (it was pretty cool way to give out sauce) :)
But screencapping the video and then find the source with SauceNAO is easier. That is assuming they have heard of SauceNAO in the first place. There's no guarantee if it works, though.
