Might also be used to keep the bra stable and reduce bouncing, she has a lot of cargo in there.

In this case wouldn't it be to keep the bra straps hidden by her outfit since it reveals a decent amount of her shoulders?

I'm more in the line its meant to keep the straps hidden but think about it how bout the front.... HAO should have probably better used a strapless bra? no???

A strapless bra would do nothing to support that displacement.

Don't tell anyone, but this is where I learned the trick where you use a paperclip to hide bra straps when you're wearing racerback tops.
