Either she's just a total ditz with no common sense whatsoever, nevermind "Gensokyo's common sense", or she's actually gotten to understand the ("Sad Truth") common sense of Gensokyo, that the one person she's completely guaranteed will not ever have sexual interest in her is Rinnouske.
