multiple_fellatio only gets used when there's multiple people, with multiple mouths, around one dick. If anything, this calls for the multiple_hand_job, not multiple_handjob.

There are two mouths in this picture. I think the question is whether "a person and a conjoined spirit form duplicate of them" properly counts as multiple people.

It definitely counts.
