Since this is one of my favorite pics I decided to finally attempt a rough translation. I'm not nearly good enough at Japanese to feel confident that this translation is 100% accurate, so if anyone can do better I encourage them to. I'm especially having trouble on the middle part due to the use of a lot of slang.
