only thing canon I can think of in particular against it was a comment in Silent Sinner in Blue, where Reimu made the off comment that she had the hots for one of the male gods she was learning to channel

actually, it was more of him being good looking and famous. Having that kind of deity in her shrine would make the shrine more famous. Therefore -> profit

Let's say it like this:
If they were ever to be sexually active canonically (which is very unlikely), they would be lesbians.
In Fanon they are almost always yuri, but there are a few exceptions.
