Circle Aftergrow's Comic Market 99 release "We, the Lowest of the Low, Changed Course That Day.".
The artist seems to be mistaking the title of the first song for the album title.

This is a story about the aftermath of the disbanded Hifuu Club, where old feelings intertwine with sadness, but they try to move forward.

I was thinking a lot about Tokyo and Kyoto, their different weather, but in the end seeing the same sunset...things like that.
