So far I've been talking to three Halibel cosplayers, two of them used double-sided duct tape (ouch) and one had this sort of "bankai mask" on top of her boobs.

No... I think that thу wig is the best variant in the cosplay =) At first time Hali-chan used temporary paint for hair and it didn't look so good at all...))

Thats partially correct, just WEARING that outfit would have people whit cameras following you around, whenever they anime fans or not

I was going to read this whole thing but then i scrolled down and gave up. Good picture though.

should have used leather on the inside of the collar to keep it up... value village+old purses+old leather jackets= perky collars.. haha

I always love 'slutty' type of Anime characters.
We need more of that 'sluttiness' around here! It's not a bad thing!
