It's not an error. She just heals like that. Kinda like that scene in Disney's Tarzan when he gets cut on his chest by a tiger or a puma or whatever and after he kills it or something his wounds already healed.
I know she has regenerative powers, but that arm of hers is just a temporary replacement. I doubt it's going to take a few pages for her entire half of her body to come back.

In panel two Flandre and the ghost girl share a mutual understanding of each other. Even if it is merely for the short time before the little ghost passes on to the next world, at that moment those two have become the best of friends. I guess what I'm getting at is that those two are goddamn adorable.
