Nah, that's just justice. Merciful justice given he technically gets away with it with no long tern repercussions. That was the beauty of old school justice. Nothing documented, no long term affects. You learn your lesson and everyone carries on. Today however, discretion is illegal. So, we just stick to the law and permanently ruin young peoples lives and condemn them to unemployable poverty out of fear of civil lawsuit. So much better.
