There's a billion Mahjong regional variants. I'm sure four kongs and a pair from a single suit is a hand somewhere.

all green, four concealed pongs.

If we want to be specific:

No flower tiles - +1
All one suit - either +1 or +2
All kongs - +2
All concealed - at least +1
Drew the tile needed - +1 or +2

We're looking at 2 ^ 8-10th power from all opponents I believe. Not sure if it's universal to all places, but yeah, a high-winning hand.
