No. True Hell is not what people seem to think. It's a place of eternal torment, meaning that whatever is most tortuous to you is what will be afflicted to you for all eternity. In Tenshi's case, it would probably be something more along the lines of getting struck and beaten repeatedly, but NOT BEING ABLE TO FEEL THE PAIN.

I almost think that she would even enjoy the "neglect"-like aspect of that hell. Tenshi seems impossible to properly punish.
