I mean not really. In the promotional art, Zuikaku is clearly wearing skinny jeans while Enterprise is wearing baggy jeans. It's not so much that Enty is flat as it is wearing baggy clothing hides someone's proportions while wearing tight clothes emphasizes them. This isn't rocket science it's just how clothing works.
