I was sent a tablet by Huion so I drew this with it 😊 The tablet is Huion's Kamvas Pro 24 (4K)! I really enjoyed using it and I'll post a full review video to Youtube later.

The 24 inch screen size is large, but feels like the perfect size to me at the moment. Having 4k resolution is great and the colors of the screen are nice too (it's IPS)!

The surface is smooth and the pen glides well on it. It does have that typical rainbow grain as well but it's mostly just noticable on pure white and doesn't bother me at all.

The calibration of the pen to the screen was totally fine aside from slight parallax at the edges.

I think the pen is great, I actually prefer this pen to my wacom one. It has the 8192 pressure levels, and you don't have to press very hard at all to get the max output / brush size! I have a pretty light grip and now I could finally use some brushes to their full potential.

The tablet itself looks really nice and sleek. The bezels are smaller than on my wacom cintiq pro 16.

The only downside is that it needs 2-3 wires connecting to it, and having so many extra wires on the desk is a bit meh. And the wires are a bit short.

Another gripe I had is not with the tablet itself but the drivers. It gets recognized by my pc as two monitors instead of one, so there was a "ghost" monitor where my popups would disappear to, which was annoying.

Actually I did end up finding a solution, and it was to move the usb wire to a gray usb port. And they’ve also forwarded the problem to their tech department

Lastly, something I'm very pleased with is that this tablet is not loud at all and didn't get noticeably warm either.

It also has support for vesa mounts which I'm glad for, I will definitely mount it to a monitor arm in the future.

All in all it was a very nice experience making this illustration on the Kamvas Pro 24 (4K). I'm going to continue using this tablet full time and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a high end display tablet. 😊
