That is why he was "removed" by SNK Playmore.

1. He is replaced by Nameless in KOF 2002 Unlimited Match (KOF 2002 upgrade).
2. His pictures in the official site are removed or blackened.

Possibly, SNKP are either avoiding lawsuits or they feel ashamed of his existence.
