I'm not convinced that there would be anywhere near that amount of destruction. Without being confined in the chamber and barrel of the gun, the force of the propellant explosion goes in all directions. The only confinement of the blast here is the crimping of the projectile to the shell casing, so it's basically like sitting next to a single round that is cooking off. It still could be very likely fatal given the proximity, but I think it would be mostly burns and external blast injuries, and she would get thrown towards the left while the shell casing jets off to the right.
I opened this post thinking it was similar to post #3913022. After half a decade on this site and hundreds of thousands of uploads sorted through, I think this is the first time a danbooru post made me actually flinch in real life.
