Hmm, not quite realistic enough. I mean, the amount of blood is strange. You'd expect more blood splattering when someone's got blown inside-out from explosion like this. Not to mention the shell didn't even penetrate through the back, instead coming to a complete stop right after the initial impact. The intestines being intact instead of ripped to shreds, and the head not blown off by the initial explosion, instead the opened mouth causes thermobaric rupture of the skull from the palate.
Yeah, I could pick this thing apart until it gets boring. If you freeze frame it or whatever, it shows the brass shell casing rupturing like a banana peel even though nothing is keeping the propellant gases from escaping from the open end. And the ribcage gets disintegrated but her uterus just goes flying off. And so on...
