Hmm. This one is clearly designed around Emerald Boa, but having arms as lips is new. However, making her having buff arms to reflect the bite force is...redundant, since the fulcrum of the jaw is situated much backward, on the large 'bump' above her 'second' snake neck, of which consists of jaw muscles.
Not to mention, there's no visible air hole in the mouth, meaning this lamia(?) either breathes completely using the human nostrils during the swallowing of the prey, or doesn't need oxygen and uses magic instead.
When it gives affectionate hugs, it will use its upper arms to give you a gentle hug. When it feeds, it uses its large arms to hug and swallow the prey.
