I highly doubt that anyone searching for male_pregnancy wants to find women in their search results. Like, this isn't some ambiguously-gendered character here. She has tits bigger than her head and hips that are even bigger. If you'd tag a character as 1girl, it makes no sense to tag her with male_pregnancy.
