It's most definitely an edit and an upscale. The source is ridiculous and the lines on the edited parts are too different from the original ones. The colors under her chest are wrong, and the original watermark from the bottom-left corner (or whatever this was) is gone, while the text in the top-right corner, just like some parts of the image, is weirdly blurred. Not to mention the black lines at the bottom and the top that weren't present in the original.
