Marines don't wear ACUs this is a joint task force(JTF) attachment to NATO, probably a US ranger but theres no way to tell seeing as how you cant see his insignia patches.

As you said, his boots aren't bloused, but if he were in the Army he'd get chewed out for not tucking his ACU trousers into his boots, along with the shag carpeting on his scalp. And in the context of 670-1, the US flag is improperly displayed -- it should be on the right shoulder, horizontally inverted, and on the flap of the shoulder pocket.

When your out on a COP in the middle of RC, some line grunts don't follow 670-1 to a T. To busy getting shot a every day for that shit. Though the patch is in the wrong spot.
