Surely he deserves to burn way more than Shinji or Kotomine do (although burning is maybe a bit quick for him).
He's responsible for Shinji being such a total jerk in the first place, after all, as well as being responsible for what Shinji does to Sakura, whilst also doing the most horrific things imaginable to her himself, both to further his own plans, and seemingly just because he likes to be cruel, sometimes.
