Remilia has the latin -a suffix denoting that the word is female, something the english language lacks. The male suffix is -us and the neutral is -um and then there's even more.
Confusion can arise since many of these declined words share some of the suffixes, the plural of imperium, for example, is imperia.
As such, Remilius is very fitting and follows the theme.
