Basically, it's not a governing agency for the indie vtubers that joined in it nor an agency that scouts people to became Vtubers, but rather a group created to protect and organize things between individual indie Vtubers so they can support each other.

Literally every single current and former Hololive member has claimed to be very happy working there. Literally the only people claiming otherwise are you rabid fans (or are you just an anti?) that throw a hissy fit because Hololive treats them like employees and not goddesses. Oh, and I guess some Vtubers who have never worked there.

AHEM! i might reminds you if wasn't for the fact Marine and Lui already worked on a black company, they would be the 1st to called it out. Fubuki of all people too as she said: "if Cover would get rid of Coco (during the September 2020 incident), i would be the 1st to quit".

Rushia's one is a sad turn of bad luck events who could get worse too. Luckly it wasn't. She got the short end and at least this aplacate a lot of unnecessary drama as well too. Who wouldn't? if you had 2 top superchated ex-hololive leading a new branch. That's a 100% moral boost right there, and a huge flood of people incoming, and luckily this time filtered from the zealout idol fan mentally ill idiots who plage every fandom and fanbase as well.
