Last time I checked, the T-head Admiral is strictly a KanColle thing since the shipgirls in AL call you Shikikan (Commander) instead of Teitoku (Admiral).

technically Kancolle count as gacha but instead getting from construction pool you gacha through event map, and microtransaction comes from expanding ship dock and buckets I think?
