Well, as of episode 9, this is no longer true. Kinda feels like that scene in your picture was the same as the one in the episode mentioned... Though, I don't know much about the manga (or light novels) because I don't follow it. Yet.
Well, it's certainly better if a character changes his/her wardrobe every now and then instead of wearing the same thing all of the time...
