Are you fucking serious right now? Danbooru has always had a problem with sockpuppets, you being ignorant to them doesn't change that. Many of the recurring ones have been going on since well before April Fools, and haven't simply been IP banned for one reason or another.
How you even drew a conclusion between the April Fool's joke and sockpuppets is a mystery. You could reach the sun with a rope stretched that long.
