I'm going with engrish. Based on mixed use of English and Japanese in this and its companion pic, #551357, I think these are supposed to be English speakers raping a Japanese girl, but the artist doesn't know English.

Arer you sure it's translated at all? Is that not the original? I only say this because there is transparency behind the letters....
