This is nice, but I find it odd that she's on that large stage rocking out all by herself. Especially with that deserted keyboard and drum kit in the background. Did the rest of the band go on strike?

Perhaps D.Va is rocking out alone because this scene is depicting a future during another pandemic + lockdown? Otherwise (and more likely), I'm assuming the artist was simply too focused on drawing D.Va in this unique outfit and setting and didn't have the time or patience to add in other characters.
And the other musicians are being added in virtually? Depressing but conceivable. I agree that it's more likely the artist running out of energy/patience, though. I honestly think it detracts from the picture, making it less lively and complete, but that's just me.
