Her name is Tanatoria (タナトリア) ... she's from one of the newest set/chapters to be released, if I'm not mistaken.
Her title is Shikai Sen (屍廻仙/しかいせん) but I'm not entirely sure how to phrase the 廻 part. Corpse circling/revolving wizard? idek. Anyone more efficient at moonrunes is welcome to confirm/deny that (though it's really not important for tagging purposes or anything,haha.)
