As seen in this post, the white spot on her hair and her hair decorations do resemble the IRL Daring Tact. This would be an interesting addition as Daring Tact AFAIK is still actively racing, unlike the other horses in the game.

netkaiba already hinted that it is likely to be Daring Tact.
