Judging from the outfit, hair, and design on her sword, it definitely looks like Lesty to me. I'm not entirely sure how she came into existence, but she's one of the characters in the Nijikaku fighting game, alongside Rusty. (There's a few other characters in the same series/set she's from but I can't recall their names off the top of my head.)
