Actually the hair style is right, the hair color was done weird in just full size of her, it was purplish like that while the chibi is the normal grey. The swimsuit....ehhh....that sleeve may actually be her summoned cape....hard to tell thanks to the black dragon hoarding the scene.

No, it's wrong. Her hair is shoulder length, and is not a clean straight cut in the back like here. For the outfit, you can see the straps of her swimsuit, and no one else has a transparent "sleeve" like that.
