Check character and copyright since I'm not at all convinced whoever this western character is, has anything to do with K-On or IS...
It is rather confusing, especially with the voice actor connection tag present. Hikasa Youko does indeed play Lori Loud in the Japanese dub of the Loud House, but from what I can find, she has yet to voice any character in PreCure, and certainly not Cure White; meanwhile, obviously, none of the listed K-On or IS characters are present here, neither the ones played by Youko or not.
I'm gonna take the initiative and just remove what isn't appropriate here.
