He was also a notorious pedophile and mass murderer of children in life, so leaving him with babu artoria was a moronic move even if he doesnt have those qualities anymore.

And for the first panel, there are two elements. First, Kagetora is an absolutely insane fight maniac.

And second, when her special attack is charged all the way she can effectively nuke any single enemy off the face of the planet. And Artoria Caster's skill set not only allows Kagetora to charge her special more easily, but also buffs it from a regular nuke to a super nuke
