Okay, when *your* the one that's raping the witch (instead of the other way around), that's when it's time to turn up the difficulty level. If however, your already on expert, then I guess it's time to get a new game. -_-;
Meh. Whatever. All I know is once the challenge is gone things get a bit boring. Then again that is why you take things online. Human players tend to be more of a challenge than preprogrammed bits of data.

That's the thing about rape; it doesn't always have to be physical ie. it can be figurative. I mean, if you can play the sugar mill level, and crown just about every witch you see...then yes you are essentially raping (pwning) them in the figurative manner as in you are asserting your dominance over them.
I would think crowning is substantially easier than raping. It's easier than it was in the first game, too - longer reaction time from the witches. Even if you screw up the headshot you can unload enough shells into a witch to kill it before it turns around on you with an auto-shotgun. Hell, you can just stagger her with a rifle shot at range and empty the clip before she reaches you. Knowing how to kill a witch isn't the same thing as raping one...at all.
