Since we're not 100% sure on the identity of this character, I'll leave it as a generic Vegapunk for now.
EDIT: updated the tag to Vegapunk Lilith to reflect the latest info (as of 10/06/2022). Will also update the Other Names section of the wiki page once new Pixiv tags seem to be created.

We don't really need the (One Piece) qualifier anymore, though I'm not sure whether or not we should have a (Punk 02) qualifier instead.
