Also, based on what we've seen Kakashi's & Madara's eye do, they can teleport anything from their whole body to a specific part or even an enemies attack like Naruto's Rasengan. If you've mastered it you probably don't even have to look at it and you could probably teleport something without destroying it like Kakashi (Kind of like Buggy's Chop-Chop Fruit in One Piece). I think Kakashi's is weak though because he's not an Uchiha and he only has one eye.

Oh no you won't. Sasuke DIDN'T defeat Itachi and Deidara. Itachi died by himself (AIDS) and Deidara killed himself. And Naruto finished off Kakuzu alone. (Which Kakashi couldn't do)
